Appointment times are guide only and include any consultation & client changing times.
Appointments will sometimes take more or less time that the advertised length. If you have booked a number of appointments back to back the running time will generally be shorter.
Our cancellation policy...
We are a small business and rely on the good will we generate with our clients. With this in mind we would ask that you give as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment online (by following the cancel/reschedule link on your email confirmation), by email to email@example.com or via telephone on 01476 563 000 (24hr answerphone).
Cancellations made more than 24hrs of an appointment start time are free of charge.
Cancellation or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours but before 12 hours of the start time will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellation or rescheduling and appointment with less than 12 hours notice or a "no show" will result in a 100% cancellation fee being applied.
We hold credit/debit card details securely and in an encrypted manner through our processor Stripe. We will automatically take any due charges based on our cancellation policy from your registered vaulted card details.
If we are unable to recover the charges in this nature we will request another form of payment and take all necessary actions to recover monies owed.
We reserve the right to waive these fees in extreme circumstances and with prior arrangement.
Each of our procedures has its own terms and conditions which will be covered during the consultation phase and through informed consent.
