Removal Specialist Recognition
I am very excited to tell you that in March 2022 I have passed the exam to become a 'Botched Ink Pigment Removal Specialist'. This shows my high level of underpinning knowledge and experience in using
the product. You are in
safe hands!
Permanent Makeup Removal & Correction
If you have had some poor results from permanent makeup, Claire Stokes can help you to improve the result using either Laser Tattoo Removal, Botched Ink Saline Removal or a combination of both. She has much experience in both of these methods and will be able to advise on the best way forward. It can be a lengthy process and patience on both sides is required but it will be worth it!
Laser Tattoo Removal can be effectively used on a variety of PMU pigments but it especially effective on Carbon based pigments. Botched Ink works well on many colours and is also useful for colours that laser struggles to work on. Unfortunately we are unable to remove eyeliner, however Claire can refer you to an appropriately qualified specialist technician. A full and detailed consultation will take place and Claire will gather as much information on all of the previous procedures you have has as possible so she can formulate an appropriate treatment plan.
Removal using Laser
The laser we use within our Clinic is an AW3 ND Yag Q-Switch. Whilst using the Laser on the treated area, the pigment particles absorb the light energy and explode rapidly, bursting into tiny pieces, thus diminishing the colour density to get rid of tattoo and skin pigments. The bodies own immune system them removes the pigment particles for up to 12 weeks after treatment.
Our machine:
-
removes tattoos and pigmentation
-
is suitable for all skin types and tattoos
Scarring is the thing of the past- AW3 ND Yag stone Q Switched technology minimises the risk of scarring
Removal using Saline Solution
The process of saline tattoo removal is very different to Laser removal. The professional Botched Ink solution, which is saline based and specifically formulated to the purpose of pigment/ink removal, is tattooed in to the skin to lift the pigment/ink out through the healing and scabbing process. The solution is designed to dehydrate the skin in the treatment area very quickly, this avoids scarring and damage to the skin and the skin recovers very well from the treatment. The treated area will see an improvement in any scar tissue present from PMU treatments.
